Student Dress Code​

​​​Students appearance in class must be neat at all times.

​​

BALLET CLASSES:
Girls are required to have their hair in a bun and to wear a leotard in the color prescribed for your level (see leotard color chart below). Pink tights, pink ballet shoes and pink pointe shoes are required. Knitted leg warmers - in conservative colors - may be worn but must be removed after the completion of barre.

Boys are required to wear black tights or dance pants, white T-shirts, white socks and black or white ballet shoes.

JAZZ, LYRICAL, CONTEMPORARY & MUSICAL THEATRE CLASSES:

Fitted dance wear must be worn. No street clothes allowed. Black or tan jazz shoes.

MODERN CLASSES: Burgandy leotards (any style) and black ankle-length (footless) tights.

AERIAL/ACRO CLASSES: Fitted dance wear must be worn with ankle-length (footless) tights.

​

TAP CLASSES: Fitted dance wear must be worn. No street clothes allowed. Black tap shoes must be worn.

​

HIP HOP / BREAKDANCING: Loose fitting street clothes are acceptable as long as the instructor can see your feet. Clean tennis shoes or jazz shoes must be worn.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
