Register for classes at California Dance Theatre!

 

New students age 8 and up will require a ballet assessment for proper placement in a ballet level before completing the registration process. Assessment classes are $20. Once your assessment is scheduled, please:

​

• Fill out the 2021/2022 Mandatory Release Waiver

• Read and sign the 2021/2022 Tuition Policy Agreement

• Print and fill out the registration form and bring it with you to your assessment.

• Please note that there is a non-refundable $35 registration fee when you register for classes.

• Drops are effective at the end of the month.

• Check out our dress code, teacher bios, holiday closures, class make-up policy and add/drop form.

Students age 7 and under do not need an assessment. To register for classes, please complete the waivers and bring the printed and completed registration form to the studio.
