We are so happy you are interested in classes at California Dance Theatre! 

 

Our desire, at California Dance Theatre, is to inspire the dreams of movement, dance and performing style in boys and girls. Our school offers a full curriculum in classical ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, tap, musical theatre, and hip hop with a special emphasis designed to introduce these dance forms to young children. Our daily pre-professional ballet program grooms the advanced dancer for a future career or an exclusive university dance program. California Dance Theatre offers a highly credentialed staff with international ballet companies, Broadway credits, television and film resumes.

 

Our goal as teachers at the California Dance Theatre is to develop strong, properly trained bodies, a joy in movement, an appreciation of music, a gentle discipline, a pride in accomplishment, and a love of fine arts.

New Students age 7 and under may register for classes without an assessment.

Age 3 - Creative

Age 4 - Primary A

Age 5 - Primary B

Age 6 - Level 1A

Age 7 - Levle 1B

New Students age 8 and above will require an assessment class for proper placement in classes. Please fill out the fall registration form to request and pay for your assessment class. Assessment classes are $20.
